We've devised a unique strategy to drive social impact: subsidising our clients in the impact economy with revenue generated from those operating in the market economy. This means that income generated from our clients in the business and governmental sectors directly funds cost-effective conferencing and learning experiences for our clients in the faith-based and social development sectors.
Through this model, corporate clients contribute to initiatives such as providing children in primary and secondary schools with experiences similar to those of CEO and management teams from large corporations. These experiences are designed to empower them to make a positive impact in their respective spheres in the future.
Additionally, we collaborate with other social entrepreneurial ventures to enhance our offering. For instance, Phahama Lodge serves as a learning site for the Adventure Institute www.adventureinsitute.co.za, an education-focused business aiming to create dignified employment for Africans in the outdoor adventure industry through holistic education. The Adventure Institute also provides adventurous facilitation services to Phahama Lodge, aligning with our commitment to experiential learning and adventure.
